«កិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលឆ្នាំ ២០២០ ស្តីពីស្រូវអង្ករប្រកបដោយនិរន្តរភាព» នាថ្ងៃសុក្រ ១៣រោច ខែមាឃ ឆ្នាំកុរ ឯកស័ក ព.ស. ២៥៦៣ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២១ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២០ សហព័ន្ធស្រូវអង្ករកម្ពុជា សហការជាមួយនឹងក្រុមហ៊ុន Amru Rice និង ក្រុមហ៊ុនសាជីវកម្មកសិកម្មកម្ពុជា (CACC) បានរៀបចំនូវកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលលើកទី១ នាឆ្នាំ២០២០ ស្តីអំពីស្រូវអង្ករប្រកបដោយនិរន្តរភាព ផ្តោតសំខាន់លើប្រធានបទ “ការពង្រឹងសហគមន៍កសិកម្មនៅកម្ពុជា” ដែលត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងនៅសណ្ឋាគារអង្គរហូវើដ ខេត្តសៀមរាប ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពរបស់ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត ម៉ី កល្យាណ ទីប្រឹក្សាជាន់ខ្ពស់ឧត្តមក្រុមប្រឹក្សាសេដ្ឋកិច្ចជាតិ និង ជាប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលសកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទភ្នំពេញ ជាសមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាល CDRI និងជាប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាល CACC លោកឧកញ៉ា ហ៊ុន ឡាក់ ប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលសហព័ន្ធស្រូវអង្ករកម្ពុជា លោកឧកញ៉ា សុង សារ៉ន ប្រធានសហព័ន្ធស្រូវអង្ករកម្ពុជា លោក ពឹង ទ្រីដា ប្រធានមន្ទីកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទខេត្តព្រះវិហារ និងវាគ្មិនកិត្តិយសនានា ដែលអញ្ជើញមកពីតំណាងស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធផ្សេងៗ ក្នុងវិស័យស្រូវអង្ករ។ គួរបញ្ជាក់ថា កិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលលើកទីមួយនេះ មានអ្នកចូលរួមប្រហែលជិត២០០នាក់ ដែលអញ្ជើញមកពីតំណាងសហគមន៍កសិកម្ម រោងម៉ាស៊ីនកិនស្រូវ និងភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធនានាក្នុងវិស័យស្រូវអង្ករ។ “ ឆ្លៀតក្នុងឱកាសដ៏ពិសេសនេះ ការចែករំលែក និងជជែកពិភាក្សាអំពីប្រធានបទសំខាន់នានា ត្រូវបានលើកឡើង ដែលមានដូចជា “ការគាំទ្រដល់សហករ លើការងារផ្តល់ឥណទាន តាមរយៈគោលនយោបាយ ឌីជីថល និង នវានុវត្តន៍” “ការផ្តល់ឥណទានដល់កសិករខ្នាតតូច” “ដំណើរទៅអនាគតលើ ខ្សែសង្វាក់ផលិតកម្មចេរភាពស្រូវនៅកម្ពុជា” “ការកសាងបណ្តាញ និងខ្សែសង្វាក់ផលិតកម្មស្រូវចេរភាព” ដែលសុទ្ធសឹងតែជាប្រធានបទដែលមានសារៈសំខាន់ដល់អ្នកចូលរួមទាំងអស់។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះរៀបចំដោយ៖ សហព័ន្ធស្រូវអង្ករកម្ពុជា រួមជាមួយCACC និង Amru rice ដោយមានការគ្រាំទ្រដោយ ក្រសួងកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់​ និងនេសាទ។ កម្មវិធីនេះបានរួមសហការឧបត្ថម្ភដោយ ៖ អង្គការ​ CAVAC, អង្គការ​ OXFAM ក្រុមហ៊ុន Agribudy, BioAgrochem, គ្រឹះស្ថានមីក្រូហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ AMK, គ្រឹះស្ថានមីក្រូហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ចម្រេីន, ក្រុមហ៊ុន Tropicam ចេកពិសិដ្ឋ,​ ក្រុមហ៊ុន Hung Hiep , ក្រុមហ៊ុន 365 moving co.ltd និងក្រុមហ៊ុនបញ្ជី។ “Sustainable Rice Summit 2020” On Friday 21 February 2020, the first Sustainable Rice Summit is organized in Siem Reap Province with special appearance of H.E. Mey Kalyan, (PHD), senior Advisor, Supreme National Economic Council (SNEC), Chairman, Board of Trustees, Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP), Board of Directors CDRI, Chairperson, Board of Directors, Cambodia Agricultural Cooperatives Corporation (CACC), Oknha. Hun Lak, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Cambodia Rice Federation, Okhna. Song Saran, President of Cambodia Rice Federation, Mr. Poeung Tryda, Director of Preah Vihear Provincial Department of Agriculture, Fishery and Forestry (PDAFF), and others guest speakers/panelists from related sector in rice industry. This event is bringing together 180 representatives from agricultural cooperative, rice millers, and related stakeholders. With the main theme “Strengthening Agricultural Cooperatives in Cambodia”, this event is organized some important panelist discussion sessions on such topic as “ Supporting Cooperatives, Access to Finance through Digital Platform & Innovations ” , “Access to Finance for smallholder farmer”, “ Sustainable Rice Value Chain in Cambodia & the way of moving forward ” , and “Building Inclusive and Sustainable Rice Value Chain ”, which benefits to participants, especially to those who from agricultural cooperatives.
