ថ្ងៃទី២៤ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២១ ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំមន្ទីរកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទ ខេត្តព្រះវិហារ និងលោកបណ្ឌិត សេង វ៉ាង ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានគ្រប់គ្រងធនធានដីកសិកម្មនៃអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានកសិកម្ម បានចូលរួមជាគណអធិបតី បើកសិក្ខាសាលាពិគ្រោះយោបល់ស្តីពី "មាគ៌ាផលប៉ះពាល់(Impact Pathway )សម្រាប់កសិអេកូឡូស៊ី និងប្រព័ន្ធស្បៀងអាហារសុវត្ថិភាព នៅខេត្តព្រះវិហារ "។ ក្រោមគម្រោង វិវឌ្ឍនាការកសិអេកូឡូស៊ី និងប្រព័ន្ធស្បៀងអាហារសុវត្ថិភាព(ASSET)។ សិក្ខាសាលាធ្វើឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណង៖ ១)បង្កើតចក្ខុវិស័យរួមគ្នាអំពីការផ្លាស់ប្តូរដែលត្រូវការ នៅក្នុងប្រព័ន្ធអន្តរាគមន៍ និងផែនការសកម្មភាព ដើម្បីសម្រេចបានវិវឌ្ឍនាការប្រព័ន្ធកសិកម្ម និងសុវត្ថិភាពចំណីអាហារនៅខេត្តព្រះវិហារ។ ២)បង្កើនការយល់ដឹងរួមលើគោលគំនិតកសិអេកូឡូស៊ី (Agroecology) ឫប្រពលវប្បកម្មដោយនិរន្តរភាព និងប្រព័ន្ធស្បៀងអាហារសុវត្ថិភាព។ គម្រោង ASSET គឺជាគម្រោងថ្នាក់តំបន់ដែលផ្តល់មូលនិធិដោយទីភ្នាក់ងារអភិវឌ្ឍន៏ប្រទេសបារាំង (AFD) សហគមន៏អឺរ៉ុប (EU) និងមូលនិធិបារាំងសំរាប់បរិស្ថានសកល (FFEM) ហើយសម្របសម្រួលដោយអង្កការ GRET និង CIRAD រយៈពេល ៥ឆ្នាំ ពីឆ្នាំ ២០២០-២០២៥។ សមាសភាពសិក្ខាកាមរួមមាន៖ មន្រ្តីមន្ទីរកសិកម្ម, មន្ទីរបរិស្ថាន, មន្ទីរពានិជ្ជកម្ម, អង្គការនិងដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍក្នុងខេត្តព្រះវិហារ, ក្រុមហ៊ុនទិញផលិតផលកសិកម្ម និងសហគមន៍កសិកម្ម។ --------------------------- On November 24, 2021, the leaders of the Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Preah Vihear Province and Dr. Seng Wang, Director of the Department of Agricultural Land Resources Management of the General Department of Agriculture, chaired the consultation meeting on "Impact Pathway for Agroecology and Safe Food System in Preah Vihear province. Under the Agroecological and Safe Food System Transitions in Southeast Asia (ASSET) Project. The purpose of the workshop is: 1) Develop a joint vision of the changes needed in the intervention system and action plan to achieve the development of the Agroecological and Safe Food System Transitions in Preah Vihear province. 2) Increase the common understanding of the concept of agroecology or sustainable intensification and food security system. The ASSET project is a regional project funded by the French Development Agency (AFD), the European Union (EU) and the French Fund for a Global Environment (FFEM) and coordinated by GRET and CIRAD for five years from 2020-2025. Participants include: Officials of the Department of Agriculture, Department of Environment, Department of Commerce, Development Organizations and Development Partners in Preah Vihear Province, Agricultural Products Buyers and Agricultural Cooperatives.
