The meeting was chaired by HE Ong Sam Ath, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and HE Ly Sarith, Deputy Governor, and was attended by leaders of the relevant departments, district governors, commune chiefs, company representatives and the armed forces.
