នៅសណ្ឋាគាររីជីនស៊ីអង្គរ ខេត្តសៀមរាប ថ្ងៃពុធ ១២រោច ខែបុស្ស ឆ្នាំខាល ចត្វាស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៦ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២២ លោក ពឹង ទ្រីដា ប្រធានមន្ទីរកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទ ខេត្តព្រះវិហារ បានដឹកនាំ ប្រធានការិយាល័យផ្សព្វផ្សាយកសិកម្ម ចូលរួមសិក្ខាសាលាពិគ្រោះយោបល់ គម្រោងនើតឆ័រ (Launching to Nurture Project) ដំណាក់កាលទី១ ឆ្នាំ២០២៣-២០២៦(៤ឆ្នាំ) ក្រោមអធិបតីភាព ឯកឧត្តម ហុង ណារិត អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទ គោលបំណងនៃសិក្ខាសាលាគឺ ១.ផ្សព្វផ្សាយស្តីពីអណត្តិ និងបេសកកម្មនៃការចាប់ផ្ដើមអនុវត្តគម្រោងនើតធ័រដល់ស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធដូចជាៈ ក្រសួង ដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ មន្ទីរ អង្គការក្រៅរដ្ឋាភិបាល និងវិស័យឯកជននានា។ ២.ការភ្ជាប់ទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដើម្បីពង្រឹងកិច្ចសប្រតិបត្តិការ និងការគាំទ្រទៅវិញទៅមក។ ៣.ជម្រាបជូនដល់ក្រុមគោលដៅ និងអាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន ឃុំ ស្រុក និងខេត្ត ស្តីពីអណត្តិ និងបេសកកម្ម របស់ គម្រោងចាប់ផ្តើមអនុវត្តន៍ពីខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣តទៅ។ ដោយមានសមាសភាពអញ្ជើញចូលរួមសិក្ខាសាលាមកពី ក្រសួងធនធានទឹក និងឧត្តុនិយម, ក្រសួងកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទ/អគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានកសិកម្ម, ទីភ្នាក់ងារអភិវឌ្ឍ និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការស្វីស, រដ្ឋបាលខេត្តព្រះវិហារ ឧត្ដរមានជ័យ បន្ទាយមានជ័យ បាត់ដំបង, មន្ទីរកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទ ៤ខេត្ត, មន្ទីរធនធានទឹក និងឧតុនិយម ទាំង៤ខេត្ត, អង្គការហេក្សកម្ពុជា, អង្គការការីតាសស្វីស, វិស័យឯកជន និងអង្គការក្រៅរដ្ឋាភិបាល - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - At Regency Angkor Hotel, Siem Reap January 18, 2022 Mr. Poeung Tryda, Director of Preah Vihear Provincial Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, led the chief of Agricultural Extension Office to participate in the Consultation Workshop on Nurture (Launching to Nurture Project) Phase 1: 2023-2026 (4 years) under the chairmanship of HE Hong Narith, Undersecretary of State of the Ministry. Agriculture, forestry and fisheries The purpose of the workshop is 1. Disseminate information on the mandate and mission of the Nurture project to institutions such as: Ministries, Development Partners, Departments, NGOs and the private sector. 2. Liaise with relevant institutions to strengthen operations and mutual support. 3. Inform the target groups and local authorities, communes, districts and provinces on the mandate and mission of the project starting from January 2023 onwards. Participated in the workshop from the Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology, Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries / General Department of Agriculture, Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, Preah Vihear Provincial Administration, Oddar Meanchey Banteay Meanchey, Battambang, Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries 4 provinces, Departments Water Resources and Meteorology of the four provinces, HEKS/EPER Cambodia, Caritas Switzerland, the private sector and NGOs.
