ថ្ងៃចន្ទទី២៩ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ មន្រ្តីអនុវត្តន៍គម្រោងប្រកួតប្រជែងខ្សែច្រវ៉ាក់តម្លៃ និងលើកកម្ពស់សុវត្ថិភាពកសិកម្ម(ACSEP) នៃមន្ទីរកសិកម្ម រុក្ខប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទខេត្តព្រះវិហារ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំប្រចាំខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពលោក ឆេង វិបុលរិទ្ធ ប្រធានគ្រប់គ្រងគម្រោងប្រកួតប្រជែងខ្សែច្រវាក់តម្លៃ និងលើកកម្ពស់សុវត្ថិភាពកសិកម្ម (ACSEP) តំណាងលោកបណ្ឌិត សរ ចិត្រា នាយកគម្រោង។ ##ការប្រជុំនេះ គឺផ្តោតសំខាន់ការងារអនុត្តបានកន្លងមក និងការបង្ហាញអំពីដំណើរការ គ្រប់គ្រង និងអនុវត្តការងារគម្រោងដល់ក្រុមទីប្រឹក្សាអនុវត្តគម្រោង (PIC) ##ទីតាំងនៅទីស្តីការក្រសួងកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទ បន្ទប់នាងនួន នៃអគារតេជោសន្តិភាព។ ##កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះមានការចូលរួមពីភ្នាក់ងារអនុវត្តគម្រោងនៃក្រសួងកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទ, ក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និងក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ, ក្រុមការងារអនុវត្តគម្រោងនៃអង្គភាពជំនាញ មន្ទីរកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទ ខេត្តគោលដៅ និងក្រុមការងារទីប្រឹក្សាអនុវត្តគម្រោងទាំងអស់។ ##កិច្ចប្រជុំបានសម្រេចលទ្ធផលសំខាន់ៗ ដូចជា៖ ១. បានរាយការណ៍ពីវឌ្ឍនភាព នៃការអនុវត្តគម្រោង ២. បានពិភាក្សា ដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាប្រឈមនានា កំឡុងពេលអនុវត្តសកម្មភាពផ្សេងៗ ៣. បានបង្កើនកិច្ចសហការ បង្កើតយន្តការទំនាក់ទំនងឱ្យកាន់តែស្អិតរមួតរវាង IAs ទាំងបី (MEF, MAFF, MRD) និង ៤. បានបង្ហាញសមាសភាពក្រុមទីប្រឹក្សាអនុវត្តគម្រោង (PIC) ដែលបានចុះកិច្ចសន្យាជាមួយគម្រោងកាលពីខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ កន្លងមក និងបានណែនាំពីនីតិវិធីមួយចំនួន ដើម្បីឱ្យការអនុវត្តការងារកាន់តែមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព។ -------------------- On Monday, May 29, 2023, the project implementation officer of the Agricultural Value Chain Competitiveness and Safety Enhancement Project (ACSEP) of Preah Vihear Provincial Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries attended the May 2023 meeting chaired by Mr. Chheng Vibolrith, Project Manager. Representative of Dr. Sor Chetra, ACSEP Project Director. ## This meeting focuses on past implementation and presentation of the project management and implementation process to the Project Implementation Advisory Team (PIC). ## Location at the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Neang Nuon Room, Techo Santepheap Building. ## This meeting was attended by the project implementation agencies of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Rural Development, the project implementation team of the specialized units of the Provincial Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, the target project implementation team. ## The meeting achieved important results such as: 1. Reported on the progress of project implementation 2. Discussed and resolved various challenges during the implementation of various activities. 3. Increased cooperation to establish a closer communication mechanism between the three IAs (MEF, MAFF, MRD) and 4. Introduced the composition of the Project Implementation Advisory Committee (PIC), which signed a contract with the project in March 2023, and introduced a number of procedures to make the implementation more effective.
